I primarily work with adult women with concerns around people pleasing tendencies, relational tension, developmental traumas, and perinatal mood disorders, mental health/load, and birth trauma. We will use a variety of approaches, including mindfulness, brainspotting, psychoeducation, and more, but most importantly want to ensure that you feel safe, heard, and seen in your journey. I received my education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University.
