Stephanie Hein, MS, NCC, LPC, PMH-C
I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe enough to simply show up as you are. You don’t have to have the right words, have everything figured out, or carry the weight of your struggles alone anymore.
My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment based principles, recognizing that our earliest relationships and life experiences shape how we see ourselves and navigate the world. Together we will work to understand your story with curiousity, rather than judgment, honoring where you are while gently exploring where you’d like to go.
Rather than only focusing on managing symptoms, I strive to gain a deeper understanding of the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped you, we can create a meaningful lasting change - not just temporary relief. Let’s reconnect with your authentic self, build self-compassion, strengthen your relationships, and move towards a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and fulfulling.
I' am so glad you found your way here & truly admire you showing up for yourself in this way.
